'Tis The Season...
Well here we are again getting ready to begin another very busy Holiday Season. It seems like each year they are upon us more and more quickly. The Holiday's are full of gatherings, feasts, party's galore, and we tend to overindulge in food and drink only to start the New Year on average 5 pounds heavier than before the holidays. Those old ways of thinking and behaving are Habits of Disease! We have been working hard on learning new "Habits of Health" that will sustain our results with weight loss and added vitality for a lifetime. With a little forward thinking and planning the Holidays can be just as festive and joyous, possibly even more so, when we get through them having maintained our weight loss or even better losing of few extra pounds.
